Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Finishlinefever™ does not accept any exchanges or refunds due to “change of mind”.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@finishlinefever.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the business address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives with a minor defect that does not affect the overall functionality or wearability of the product (e.g., loose thread, small mark, or misprint), we may offer a partial refund or compensation to cover the cost of repair or adjustment through a local third-party service.
Please contact us at support@finishlinefever.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We assess these cases individually and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. In some cases, this option may be offered in lieu of a full return or exchange
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Delayed priority / express shipments
If you choose priority shipping or express shipping and the delivery time exceeds the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund of the shipping costs. The refund applies only to the shipping costs. We are unable to refund the full cost of the items in your order as they will already be in transit. The delayed delivery must be verified by tracking information from the shipping carrier.
Exchanges (Size)
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you have 30 days from receiving your package to contact us at support@finishlinefever.com. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging.
If we accept your reason for exchange, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item(s) being returned arrive safely at our return address located in Shenzhen. Finishlinefever™ will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. This includes, but is not limited to:
The cost of returning the original item(s) to our warehouse.
The cost of shipping the replacement item(s) back to you.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the item(s).
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send out your replacement size.
Wrong Size Orders
If you purchase a jacket and have ordered the wrong size (this includes situations where you believed you ordered the correct size but it does not fit), we cannot issue a refund. In these cases, we only offer an exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability.
Size charts are provided on our product pages and at checkout to assist you in choosing the correct size. Customers are responsible for reviewing these charts carefully before placing an order and selecting the size that best fits their measurements.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns/exchanges due to you ordering the wrong shirt or product
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
